Kringle Enterprises is the longest standing toy manufacturer and distributor in the world. Competitors and reporters stalk the CEO to learn the secrets of Kringle Enterprises success. The CEO decided to make his own Secret Service for protection.

Every year Kris Kringle handpicks letters written to him requesting companionship as a gift for Christmas. He made his list and checked it twice to identify good women to receive the gift of the perfect men. Upon approval from the Council of Fates, Kris conspires with Jack Frost to make the men of snow.

After a year of Santa’s Secret Service duty, the snow men are given a final mission. They have an additional year to complete their objective. They need to find the believer who wrote their handpicked letter to Kris. Once they locate her, they must convince her of how and why they were made in order to live a happy life.

Because Cupid wasn’t involved in the matchmaking decisions, he declares war on the men of snow. He recruits an army of archers. Their sole purpose is to kill the snowmen before they accomplish their final missions. He assigns Celeste Franklin to lead the archers into battle.

Celeste Franklin is a program engineer with few close relationships. When her boss confesses he’s Cupid, she’s compelled to play along with his egomania. She enlists her sister to help track down the fantastic snowmen Cupid had told her about.

Their success locates The House of Snow—a place where the retired Santa’s Secret Servicemen live. When her sister is held inside the house, Celeste launches an arrow to defend, and gets captured in more ways than one. Did she just get herself involved in a war between crazy men, or does she dare to believe the folklore true?

White is the Santa’s Secret Service team leader. From what he’s seen of humans, he doesn’t want to become one. He made the decision to stay snow despite his destiny. But he vows to help his men find their true love.

After the archer attack, White is assigned to nap Cupid’s head archer and keep her contained for the year while the other snowmen accomplish their goals. None of them expected Celeste to be White’s true love. Can White overcome his bias or will he keep the pledge to stay snow?
